Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $59
  • Orders under $59: flat $4.99 standard shipping

Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after processing
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from order

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on weekdays typically ship the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to the United States only (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not yet available — join our email list to be notified when it is.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse. You can also email ari@opsbox.studio with your order number.

Shipping Partners

All SwankPup products ship from US-based warehouses via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product and your location. The carrier is selected for the fastest, most cost-effective delivery.

Issues With Your Delivery

  • Package not arrived after 10 business days? Email ari@opsbox.studio with your order number — we'll investigate immediately.
  • Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it? Check with neighbors and your building office first. If still missing, email us within 48 hours — we'll file a claim and send a replacement.
  • Item arrived damaged? Email us a photo with your order number. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
