Shipping

Where's my order?
Track it with the link in your shipping confirmation email. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days after that. If you haven't gotten a tracking email within 48 hours, email ari@opsbox.studio.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $59. Under $59 it's a flat $4.99.

Do you ship internationally?
US only right now. Join our email list to hear when Canada opens up.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return it?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. Email ari@opsbox.studio with your order number and we'll send a return label. Refunds hit your card 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

My item arrived damaged.
Send a photo to ari@opsbox.studio within 48 hours of delivery. We send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged one.

Products

Is the plush toy safe for aggressive chewers?
Plush squeakers have reinforced stitching and are designed with pet-safe materials, but no plush toy is indestructible. If your dog disembowels squeakers in seconds, stick to the leash line.

Are the enrichment mats and trays dishwasher safe?
Yes — top rack dishwasher safe. Also freezer safe for long-lasting lick sessions.

What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Check the options on each product page for what's in stock.

Where are your products made?
We source from US-based designer pet brands — Haute Diggity Dog, SodaPup, Aria the Fox, and others. Every product ships from a US warehouse.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that we've usually already sent it to the warehouse.

Do you take custom requests?
We don't do custom, but we read every email. Tell us what your dog wants and we'll see if we can add it.

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, for orders of 10+ units. Email ari@opsbox.studio with the subject line "wholesale" and what you're interested in.
