30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Not in love with your purchase? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
- Email ari@opsbox.studio with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
- Drop it off at the designated carrier location
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
Return Shipping
- Damaged or defective items: We cover return shipping. Email us a photo and we'll send a prepaid label (or a free replacement without requiring a return).
- All other returns: Customer pays return shipping. A prepaid label is available for convenience and the cost is deducted from the refund.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. For a different item: return the original for a refund, then place a new order. It's the fastest way to get your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items with obvious signs of heavy chewing or destruction not caused by shipping
- Personalized or customized items (if offered)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email ari@opsbox.studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
